Mary's Custard Pie

2 eggs - beaten light and frothy
1/4 tsp salt
4 Tbs sugar
1 Tbs flour
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups milk

Combine ingredients. Fill unbaked pie shell. Bake pie at 400 for 30 minutes, then at 350 until knife inserted in middle comes out clean (about 20 more minutes).

Sprinkle with nutmeg.

Triple the above recipe for two deep dish pies.
