Dough...
4 Tbs sugar
1 1/2 sticks margarine, softened
4 eggs
4 cups flour
4 tsp baking powder
2 tsp lemon extract
Icing...
confectioners sugar
milk
lemon extract
round sprinkles
Cream sugar and margarine. Add eggs. Add dry ingredients and extract. Roll dough into balls, make rings, and cane shapes. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool. Dip cookies in icing and sprinkle with colored balls.
