Dough...
1 stick butter - melted
3/4 cup sugar
3 tsp lemon extract
2 eggs
2 cups flour
3 tsp baking powder
Icing...
1 cup confectioners sugar
2 tsp lemon extract
milk
round sprinkles
Combine ingredients. Knead well. Add more flour as needed. Roll into long, thin snakes. Fold in half and twist two ends together.
Grease pan. Bake at 375 for 12 minutes.
Makes 40 cookies.
